Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 July 2026

Pixfra Australia is operated by Brokering Dealer Pty Ltd (T/As Pixfra Australia), a business domiciled in Queensland, Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”). We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, hold, disclose and protect your personal information, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). By using our website or buying from us, you agree to your personal information being handled as described here.

The information we collect

We only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for our business. Depending on how you deal with us, this may include:

  • Identity and contact details — your name, business or trading name, email address, phone number, and delivery and billing addresses.
  • Order and transaction information — the products you buy, your order history and delivery details. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers; we do not collect or store your full card details.
  • Trade and professional details — for wholesale or professional-pricing enquiries, information such as your ABN, area of operation and the nature of your business.
  • Communications — records of your enquiries, correspondence and feedback.
  • Technical and website data — information collected automatically when you visit, such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you view, including through cookies and analytics.

We do not collect sensitive information unless you volunteer it and it is necessary for a specific purpose.

How we collect it

We collect personal information directly from you — when you place an order, create an account, complete a form, subscribe to updates or contact us — and automatically through our website. In some cases we receive information from third parties such as our couriers, payment providers and, where relevant, our distributor.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly without them.

Why we collect it and how we use it

We use your personal information to:

  • process, fulfil and deliver your orders, and provide order support;
  • arrange warranty service and after-sales support, including with our distributor C.R. Kennedy;
  • respond to your enquiries and manage wholesale and professional-pricing applications;
  • operate, secure and improve our website and services;
  • meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations; and
  • where you have opted in, send you product news, offers and Field Journal updates.

Direct marketing and your choices

We will only send you marketing communications where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law, consistent with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Every marketing message includes an easy way to unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time. We never sell your personal information.

Who we disclose it to

We may disclose your personal information to trusted parties who help us run our business, and only for the purposes above. These include our payment providers, couriers and logistics partners, our distributor C.R. Kennedy for warranty and service, our IT, hosting and communications providers, and our professional advisers. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers (for example, cloud hosting or software providers) may store or process data outside Australia. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the APPs.

How we keep it secure

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, including access controls and secure systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond appropriately if an issue arises.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, tax and consumer-law record-keeping). When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.

Accessing and correcting your information

You can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, and to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete, consistent with APPs 12 and 13. To make a request, please contact us. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.

Making a privacy complaint

If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us so we can look into it. We aim to resolve complaints promptly and fairly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Children’s privacy

Our website and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
